Registration

General Audiences

1. Click Register on the website.

2. Go to the registration of the Zipevent.

3. Click on the ticket.

4. Select the type and number of tickets you need. Then click buy tickets.

5. Enter the information as follows

    • First name/Last name
    •  Email
    • Mobile phone number
    • Address

6. When all the information is completed. Please choose a payment method.

    • Payment via QR Code
    • Credit / Debit Card
    • Payment via counters/banking channels (Internet Banking/ATM)

7. You will then need to click on the box to accept “Zipevent User Agreement and Organizer Terms and agree to allow Zipevent to share my information with the Organizers. ”

8.Then click register.

9. You will receive an email with a QR Code to enter the event and the registration is complete.


 

Conference Participants

  1. Click Register on the website.
  2. Go to the registration of Zipevent.
  3. Click on the ticket.
  4. Select the type and number of tickets you need. Then click buy tickets.
  5. Enter the information as follows
    • First name/Last name
    • Email
    • Mobile phone number
    • Address
    • * For those who are IEEE Members, fill in ID Member.
    • Fill in Submit Paper Number 
      ** For those who has not Submit Paper please click this link  How to submit paper Only then you will receive Submit Paper Number to fill in your registration.
  1. Please choose the payment method.
    • Payment via QR Code
    • Credit / Debit Card
    • Payment via counters/banking channels (Internet Banking/ATM)
  1. You will then need to click on the box to accept “Zipevent User Agreement and Organizer Terms and agree to allow Zipevent to share my information with the Organizers.”
  1. Then click register.
  2. After filling out the information, you will have a status pending confirmation to make the payment.You will need to wait for a confirmation email from Easychair that your work has been published.
  3. If your work is confirmed, you will receive an Email for making a payment.
  4. Once you have made the payment. You will receive an email with a QR Code to enter the event and the registration is complete.
